The Climatology lab of AIAP is equipped with a variety of equipments like hygrometer, Anemometer, Rain gauge, Dry and wet bulb, Thermometer and whirling hygrometer etc. The students take hands on experience under the able guidance of the expect faculty.

The AIAP library has an area of 180 sq.m. and also has rich collection of books, e-journals and e-books for the overall development of the students.

The AIAP has a state of art computer center with 90 computers with latest configuration and have latest architecture related software i.e. Auto Cad, Revit, 3D Photoshop, MS Office along with Wi-Fi service.

All the students are well ventilated and have area of 1600 sqft each. The students are equipped with sufficient number of drawing board lockers along with display facilities.

The material museum has got a very large of variety building materials with and area of 1800 sqfts. The material museum helps students for an updated and latest knowledge of modern materials to be used in construction the students are also encouraged to lot of market surveys also

The institute has a large Seminar Hall with 200 seats with the latest Audio visual facilities and is used for guest lecturers, extracurricular, other events and activities for the overall development of the students.

The AV room with adequate capacity with tiered seating and having the facility for audio visual presentation with the aid of LCD and Overhead Projector.

The surveying lab is equipped with all the equipments related to architecture ie. Plane table surveying equipments, various types of survey chain, theodolite etc. The institute gives lot of on stress learning by doing.

There are separate boys and girls hostels with common room, indoor games and mess. The Hostel accommodation is available on single, double and triple-occupancy basis. All the room are well ventilated and each room has the study tables, Beds and almirah for individual students.

AIAP has a large construction yard. The students learn various construction related techniques ie various kinds of brick bonds, construction of Arches, Brick and other Jalis etc by doing themselves with. The expert masons . They also learn to create various installations using different materials and techniques.

The institute gives lot of emphasis on model making. The model making lab in the institute is well equipped with various tools and equipments in order to provide the students with a much required hands on experience. A large carpentry lab is being shared with B.Tech department.
