Accurate Institute of Architecture & Planning Library with modern collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services plays an essential role for students, faculty in their intellectual pursuits. Library has rich collection of books and journals (national and international), CD-ROM, e-journals and e-books. It is fully automated library. The Library holds knowledge resources predominantly related to architecture and allied subjects. The entire Library collection including the CD-ROM databases and the online databases are made available through Institute's network. Users can access the online databases and also find out the real-time availability of library materials from library computer terminals. The Library offers a range of information services to support the learning process set to the highest professional standards.

The Campus is interconnected with Intranet and Internet with broadband connection. The state of the art computer lab provides computing facilities comprising of the latest configuration machines linked to wide range of software communication and print services.

There are adequate number of studios with sufficient number of drawing boards, well furnished rooms and with facilities for audio visual presentations with the aid of LCD and overhead projectors.

There is a well-equipped surveying lab consisting of theodolites, dumpy plane tables etc to facilitate training the students about its usage.

The Institute has well-equipped workshops consisting of adequate tools and equipments and a well-developed construction yard for a practical experience with various activities concerned with construction.

The school provides its own buses for transportation in the NCR.

The institute has excellent separate hostel accommodation for boys and girls having lounges, mess, dining hall, common hall, indoor games, telephone and TV rooms and other amenities. Hostel accommodation is available on single, double and triple occupancy basis.
